Kitchen and Bath Design Assistant

The primary function of the Design Assistant is to speak with customers, educate them, and set appointments for Sales Designers. Contact with customers will consist of inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as in-store face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities:
– Qualify leads and set appointments
– Educate the client on options and assist the customer with product selection
– Produce modifications to designs using 20/20 at the direction of designers
 
Must-haves:
· 1-3 years of sales or appointment setting experience or a strong desire to sell! (in any capacity)
· Strong typing and computer proficiency
· Exceptional phone skills
· Good character, strong work ethic, and humble disposition
